How to permanently Remove the "Learn About This Picture" Icon from My Desktop

Whenever I start my computer, the "Learn About This Picture" app starts and disrupts my wallpapers. When I right-click the icon, it takes me elsewhere instead of showing usual options like deleting it. Dragging it to the recycle bin doesn’t work, and it doesn’t appear in my desktop files either. I’m stuck trying to figure out how to permanently remove this application. Any advice

It sounds like this might be a widget or feature that’s stuck. First, check your startup programs in Task Manager to see if it's listed there. You might also find it in Settings under Apps & Features if it’s installed as an app. If it’s part of the Windows widgets, try adjusting or removing it from the widgets settings. If none of these work, try deleting related files in your AppData folder or running a system scan with sfc /scannow
