How to remove Alrisit app without safe mode?

My account email was changed, and the old Microsoft email, which contained my BitLocker recovery key, is no longer accessible, preventing me from entering safe mode on my laptop. I have attempted to end the Alrisit app process through Task Manager and delete the files in File Explorer, but nothing has worked. This app frequently starts and consumes a large percentage of my CPU, significantly slowing down my computer. I would greatly appreciate any help in resolving this issue. Thank you in advance.

You can refer to the following methods - from MSFT Support;
  1. Type Task Manager in the Start Menu and press Enter. Then click More Details if you don’t see the full list of tasks/processes.
  2. Here, you must find the Alrisit process, but note that it could also have a different name. It could be named Alrucs, Aluc, Altruistics, or something similar. The rogue task will often have a small red heart icon, but it might also have a generic system icon.
  3. Once you find the Alrisit application process, right-click it and click Open File Location Folder.
  4. Now delete everything in the folder that opens, including the folder itself.
  1. It’s possible that you aren’t allowed to delete one or more of the files. If that happens, download the free Lock Hunter tool and install it on your PC.
  2. Then right-click each item you couldn’t delete earlier, select the “What’s locking it?” option, and then click Delete in the next window.
  3. After you get rid of all rogue files/folders, return to the Task Manager. If the Alrisit process is still active, right-click it and click End Task.
  4. Also, go to this folder “C:\Program Files (x86)\AlrisitApplication” and delete the folder.
  5. Next, press Winkey + R, type taskschd, and hit Enter.
  6. Click the Task Scheduler Library folder in the top-left and look for tasks with unusual names that seem connected to Alrisit.
  7. We recommend carefully expecting each task by right-clicking it and going to Properties > Actions to see exactly what it does. If a particular task runs some suspicious program or process, right-click it again and delete it.

Why does anybody rely so much on their email account for a bitlocker key?? If you do not have access to that account, you are doomed.
Why not save it as a file or even better, print it out and store it in a lockbox (that's what I do). That will be the only backup one always has access to.
