I often get a default profile after logging in.

Windows 11 accepts my log in password but says something getting ready and then it loads the FMV background (this computer is an FMV Japanese Win 11 computer). Is there any way to stop that? I tried once just pulling the cord because the computer is unresponsive. Indeed after loading the default profile again, the computer stalled on the initial screen (unresponsive) and later stalled on the password screen (couldn't use keyboard and mouse). Finally it was fine. The computer had originally once but internet was available at all. What to start trying? It loaded without any issues just right now.
