I want to disable two-step authentication only on my PC

This week, for some unknown reason, every time I log into my PC, after entering my PIN, it prompts me to log in to Microsoft using two-step authentication. This is my personal PC in my own home, not a shared device, and I don't want to have to do this every time I return to my computer after a break.
