I'm having trouble capitalizing the letter "D" on my keyboard.

I tried using the command prompt, but it only works when I open it in Admin mode. It's frustrating because I can't press both Shift and D at the same time. I discovered that pressing Win+Shift+D capitalizes the "D". Can you explain why this is happening?
