I've been attempting to reach out to Microsoft for support but I've encountered problems getting through to anyone. When trying to access online support, I receive a message stating, "Service request 7042071664 is not owned by you," and I dont know what it means. Why is it so challenging to connect with Microsoft support?
I cant change my language settings, despite following several online tricks. Taiwanese doesn't even appear on my language list, yet it somehow defaults as the input language every time I start my computer and is now appearing in desktop apps. I'm seriously considering switching to Apple at this point. Any help is appreciated.
