I have a small problem installing a language in Windows 10, because the language is only installed about 80%.
In order for the selected language to be 100% installed, you must meet the following requirements before selecting and installing:
"you are currently on a network with a limit, which prevents you from downloading some language features. Once connected, go to language settings, select a language from the list, select Options and finish downloading."
Internet connection works OK. I don't know why there is such a message...
