Internet Connection Issue

My computer is connected to Wi-Fi because the browser and Discord work fine. However, the Wi-Fi settings say "not connected, secured," and all other apps have difficulty finding the internet and say I'm offline. I've tried everything, and nothing seems to work. Is this a bug on Windows? Should I wipe my computer totally clean to factory settings?
