Internet Connectivity Issue. can yoi help?

I accidentally reset my network settings, and now I can't get online even after trying different WiFi connections, changing DNS settings, reinstalling drivers, and rebooting the router
my computer recognizes the ethernet connection, but there's still no internet
I recently upgraded from Windows 10 to 11. should I try a clean install to fix it or should I just contact my internet provider for help? Thanks!
