I've tried everything to download Ibis Paint, but nothing seems to work

When I first got my Surface Pro 7 last December, I was able to download Ibis Paint without any problems. However, after restarting my device, I'm no longer able to download it. I've attempted various solutions, including Windows updates and adjusting the time and location settings. I even tried deleting and reinstalling the Microsoft Store, as well as clearing the store cache, but I'm still encountering errors. Please provide a solution as soon as possible. Thank you.
