Java installer won’t work. i need help

I'm trying to install Java 22 on my Windows 11 computer, but the installer consistently fails to work. I downloaded the executable installer file from Java Oracle and attempted to open it, but it doesn't launch. Even running it as an administrator (despite being the only account on my PC) doesn't resolve the issue. I've also tried installing Java versions 22, 21, and 17, but none of them work. After clicking "yes" on the user account control screen, nothing happens.
