I'm running win 11 ver 23H2. I can't install update KB5034123. Is it because I don't have a TPM?

I have a couple older Notebooks [2010, 2013, 2014] upgraded from Win10 to unsupported Win11, no problems so far and has KB5034123 installed.

I hadn't thought to do a partition check first to see if the same issue Win10 is having with KB5034441, my Win10s didn't have problems with it.

KB5034123 has been replaced by KB5034204 that's the one I can't install. It has crypto changes in it so it probably requires TPM.
I've gotten both, no problems, don't use crypto.

Update: just checked my HP Envy 17 TS from 2014, has same two updates, no issue. I Upgraded Win10 to Win11 on unsupported hardware.
