I've had a LAN with 2 Desktops and a Laptop for some time. Every once in a while, sharing between the computers would stop, especially after a Windows Update. I've always been able to get it working again except for this time. I can't figure out what's wrong. All 3 computers are on Windows 11 Pro v23H2. All are connecting thru a Motorola Router. The 2 Desktops by hardwired Ethernet, the Laptop is wireless. The Network settings are:
Private Network (also tried a Public Network)
VPN switches are ON. (also tried switches OFF)
Private Networks Network Discovery ON and File and Printer Sharing ON.
Public Networks Network Discovery ON and File and Printer Sharing ON.
All Networks Public Folder Sharing ON Password Protected Sharing OFF.
Folders I want to share between computers are all setup for sharing.
I have restarted all the devices including the router numerous times.
Results always end up the same.
Both Desktops can access the Laptop.
The Laptop can't access either Desktop.
The Desktops can't access each other.
I don't have any idea how to fix this. Sure hope someone has some ideas.
