I recently got a new laptop (HP Aero 13) and wanted to check the battery discharge rate. I used Battery Bar, which showed a discharge rate of -9252mW. However, the number never changed, regardless of usage.
I then tried BatteryMon, but it showed the same constant number. Even when I used Windows Performance Monitor, the report still displayed the same discharge rate.
It's unlikely that the actual battery discharge rate remains unchanged. It seems like something is "stuck."
Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this issue?
