Laptop keeps restarting or black out under normal mode. Works in safe mode

My laptop works smoothly in safe mode but restarts or blacks out in normal mode. This has been occurring for the past 4-5 months. Unexpectedly, the laptop will either go black or display a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death).
Recently, I tested the laptop in safe mode and found it to function perfectly. Despite taking several troubleshooting steps such as repasting the thermal paste, switching RAM, cleaning the dust from the cooling fan, and resetting Windows, the issue persists.

I seek advice on how to solve this asap. Thank you.

Safe mode is for diagnosing problems, does not load software drivers for all devices, only those necessary for seeing if the computer works. If a device works in Safe Mode it generally is an issue with the driver software. Have you checked with the maker of the computer for current or correct drivers?
