I own an Asus Zephyrus G14 2022, and it's been experiencing overheating issues for some time, occasionally shutting down during light gameplay.
Unfortunately, it shut down again and now it won't power back on. While the keyboard lights illuminate and it receives power, it doesn't access the SSD for storage or data. Additionally, the caps lock key doesn't respond, and all keyboard shortcuts are ineffective. I've ruled out the possibility of a virus.
