Lenovo Loq laptop freezes every 10 seconds

My Lenovo Loq laptop freezes for 2 seconds every 10 seconds, regardless of whether I'm gaming or browsing. The only time it doesn't freeze is when it's plugged into the charger. This issue makes the laptop unusable when not connected, and if I can't resolve it, I will have to return the laptop.
