Links Corrupted

Until very recently any emails that I received that had links (e.g from Amazon - Track your Order; or things like 'click here to activate your product') worked perfectly. Now I cannot use any such links.

Clearly (?) something has become corrupted (file associations?).

I have attached an error message that might help. At my level of technical incompetence it really isn't very helpful to me.

One of you store app is corrupted, can I know are you using standard Edge browser or the one downloaded from Microsoft Store?

it could be that you have no defaulted browser.
Open settings - Apps- Default Apps.
Scroll down to your browser Microsoft Edge Chrome, whatever
Click the small arrow on the right and, on the next page, set it as the default.

Another possibility is like E-Mails I get from a National sports-type magazine that mention several links in the document for Click here but there is nothing to click, poorly written messages that a month after of filing complaints still haven't fixed the issue. A properly written link usually shows in blue text.
