Locked out of admin account

I need help! I've been locked out of my own account on my laptop. I was the administrator, but now my account no longer has administrative privileges.

The system keeps asking for the admin username or password, but it's not giving any fields to type them in. I've tried everything, even resetting, but no luck. Safe mode and media creation don't work, media creation asks admin privileges.

I need help ASAP. Thanks so much!

Hi! You need to create a bootable USB drive to fix it. Use a different Windows computer to go to Microsoft's website and download the Media Creation tool.

Once you've got your USB drive all set up, bring it back to your locked computer and select language. then click on Repair.

Login without password and set the credentials later on ..
