Manage all Windows partition flags

In Linux GParted, I may remove or add partition flags on GPT disk. How do I manage all of the same flags in Windows? Low hanging fruit, I already have several softwares can change partition type ID, I am not asking about that. Please only reply if you have personally done it. Anyone may reply, except users bighorn and xploit machine. Thanks.
