I had this problem earlier today, then it backs to normal .. I suppose it's some sort of bug in Windows 11 itself, for me it's not to worry issue .. after few seconds it logs on automatically, I think the widgets logs and search for contents faster to check location, news feed etc before the Windows completes its login task ..

.. so, I don't care much about it .. happens once in a blue moon
