Ever since I did the last Win 11 dev update when using publisher in Office 365 when I want to scroll a project I am working on using the Mouse or the scroll bar it moves individual parts up or down over other parts and becomes unreadable if I go to another page and come back they are all in the right placer again

All fixed latest update fixed the problem
