Can you provide a screenshot?
Your title mentions Teams so I assume the message refers to this, please try reinstalling Teams.
Have you moved the Teams.exe file to another drive?

In addition to what Bastet said, are you referring to Teams you installed or Teams that was integrated Windows 11 that was just released to select developers? That would make a difference in potential solutions.

It was integrated Windows 11 It was after the update on the weekend

Odd. Have you attempted to repair the installation in Apps & Features. It's the Microsoft Teams (Preview) advanced options button. If the repair doesn't work, I'd try resetting it in the same area as the repair.
