Missing Multiple Display Settings in Windows Display Options

Hello,

I don't have the option for Multiple Displays under the Display settings in Windows. It seems like my version of Windows might not be updated, but despite several update attempts, nothing has changed. I’ve attached my current settings and what they should look like.

I have a Lenovo laptop. Any advice?
