Hi there,

I'm having an issue where my mouse works for a few seconds after plugging it into my laptop, but then it abruptly stops working, and Windows displays a message saying it doesn't recognize the device. The mouse isn't broken; it was functioning fine just a few hours ago. Now, I'm left unable to use it, and I'm reliant on my touchpad.

The mouse in question is a Logitech model, and my laptop is an HP Laptop 15-da3001TU, which I recently upgraded to Windows 11.

Which model Logitech or Logi? USB Wired, USB Wireless, Bluetooth? If Wireless is it a unifying version?
