Lately my cursor randomly turns into a circle with an up and down arrow above and below the circle, and then the pointer stops working entirely. This happens without me touching the mouse wheel. I have to press ESC to revert the cursor back to a pointer, but it remains non-functional for clicking. While I can navigate using keyboard shortcuts, the pointer sometimes works within apps like Word or Canva but not for switching between apps. Restarting Chrome or my computer temporarily fixes the issue, but it reoccurs. How can I resolve this?
