My laptop won't turn on

After inspecting both the battery and motherboard, which seem to be in good condition, I've discovered that the keyboard shortcuts aren't functioning either.

You really really need to include information about the computer such as brand, model name and model number.

You need to consult the hardware issue to a computer shop, its not related to a specific hardware sine you cannot turn ON at all ..
