I've got a problem with my mouse recently. It won't connect no matter what I do.
My mouse won't work on my laptop after a Windows update. I have tried using two different mice (wireless and wired). My wired mouse shows a "USB not recognized" message and displays "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" when I check the details. My wireless mouse isn't detected either. Both mice worked properly before the Windows update.
I have tried updating the USB and mouse drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, reinstalling Windows, and downloading the drivers manually using a third-party app, but nothing works.
My device is: ACER A515-56G.
