My PC is always slow

I have a Windows 11 PC, and despite investing a significant amount of money in it, it consistently operates slowly. Whenever I attempt to open File Explorer, it crashes. Additionally, after connecting to a Wi-Fi network, I am unable to access the Wi-Fi settings tab again. Even with ample RAM, applications launch sluggishly. I've conducted virus scans, but no threats were detected. I've followed tutorials on YouTube and the Microsoft site, but to no avail.

Please help me!

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X
GPU: GeForce RTX 3060
RAM: 32GB 3200MHz
Disk: Fanxiang S101 1TB
