My Second Monitor Keeps Freezing

I have two monitors: one for my game on the left and extra stuff like Discord on the right. Each time I tab into the game, my second monitor—where I might be watching YouTube or a live stream—either slows down in FPS until it drops to 0 FPS and stops updating, or it completely freezes. This issue began after a recent NVIDIA driver update. The problem seems to occur mainly when playing the game (Dead by Daylight). I need urgent help with this! Also, unplugging my HDMI or DisplayPort cables causes my taskbar settings to change and triggers a strange message about a toolbar. Could this be related to the problem?
