Netflix opens Microsoft Store but the "Open" button just refreshes

When I click on Netflix, it opens the Microsoft Store and displays Netflix with an "Open" button underneath. However, pressing this button simply refreshes the store. My laptop runs on Windows 11. I've already tried reinstalling Netflix, clearing the cache (which also just opens the Microsoft Store), and resetting and repairing the app in Settings, but nothing has worked.

How can I resolve this issue?
