New Folder option suddenly doesnt exist?

Am I the only one experiencing this? I tried everything online to try and restore it, right down to loading an earlier restore point but it didn’t help.

I can’t create new folders from the context menu or even just by the shift+ctrl+n hotkeys anymore, what gives? I haven’t installed anything fishy or anything, and my registry seems fine. Nothing makes sense. >_<

There's a long-standing known problem whereby Windows Explorer does not refresh the page and this may be your problem. What happens if you create a new folder, it doesn't appear and you then refresh the screen with F5? Sometimes just waiting a while will eventually show up the new folder.
