Anyone else having issues after installing the new update that came out for the insiders only of the start menu once clicked minimizing rapidly? I uninstalled the update and then didn't have this issue any longer.
I have the latest .526 Insider update on 3 different PCs and none of them exhibit this problem. Have you got any 3rd party software installed to tweak Windows?
