New Media Player won't list my music.

Hi Guys,
Has anyone else had this problem, I have installed the New Media Player on to my Windows 11 system but when I run it and point to the music folder, I am informed there is nothing to display despite being 90gig of music, has anyone any ideas please?

System is:
Ryzen 9 3900 X
Radeon RX 5700 XT
64gig DDR 4 3600
Windows 11 Pro for Workstation
