New Win 11 build- where to put Optane Memory stick

I have an ASUS Z590-E motherboard and in the instructions it says to install Optane memory in a PCH attached slot. In the Instructions it is not so clear. It shows M.2_1 and M.2_2 are listed under the CPU, and M.2_3 and M.2_4 are listed under the Z590 Chipset. Would M.2_3 and M.2_4 be the PCH slots since they are listed under the chipset? I have an Intel Optane M.2 drive with 32Gb Optane and 512 Nand. Not sure where to put this Optane stick? If anyone knows let me know. I am building a new system for Win 11.

And Can M.2_1 and M.2_2 having the same identical 512Gb sticks be combined to a RAID 0 function and can I install the OS on these RAID drives?
