While setting up my new Windows 11 PC, I reached the stage where it asked if I wanted to use a backup from my old Windows 10 PC. I selected "yes," but now the setup has been stuck on the same screen for 3 hours, and neither the mouse nor keyboard is responding. Should I turn off the PC and start the setup again?
