Hi everyone! I'm locked out of my laptop. I used a PIN for login, but after downloading my phone data and pictures, the screen went to sleep. Now, it's asking for my Microsoft account credentials. I entered them correctly, but it redirects me to a Hello PIN setup that errors out and sends me back to the sign-in screen.
I tried creating a new Microsoft account to regain access, but now the sign-in screen auto-populates with the new username and won't let me switch back to the correct account. I deleted the new account from the Microsoft website, but it's still showing on my laptop's sign-in screen.
How can I update the auto-populated username on the Microsoft account login screen?
