I frequently encounter issues with sound through my external Logitech speaker system connected to my laptop. All connections are secure, and I've tried various troubleshooting steps. Windows 11 diagnostics, settings checks, driver updates, audio service restarts, driver rollbacks, system restores, and all Windows updates have been attempted, but nothing works.

Not knowing which Logitech/Logi system is in use can only say that external speaker are plugged into the only jack on a Notebook/Laptop [on all of mine] which disables the internal speakers. On Desktops the speakers plug into the light green port on the back of the computer or sometimes a system will use the Line Out port.

Three or four volume controls are involved, the hardware control that uses keys, the Windows one on the Notification Area, the control on the speakers themselves and whatever media program in use has.
