No updates for 10 days Win11 Home

I may not have an issue, or I might not. It's been 10 days since my last update I ran troubleshooter it said there is an issue but did not fix it or tell me how. I went to copilot I followed the instructions on services did commands one at a time to shut down and then turn on services. Last step ran a complete DISM check it said all were successful. I ran SFC /scannow it said it found nothing. I have received defender virus updates but nothing from Wi11 home.

Am I worried about nothing?

I'd wait until next week's Patch Tuesday [Second Tuesday] for the usual updates, see if you get any. Could also look in Settings, Windows Update and the Update history to see what has happened.
