First, restart your computer and see if you can access the admin account after a fresh start. If that doesn’t work, try booting into Safe Mode by holding the Shift key while restarting your PC. Once in Safe Mode, you can attempt to reset the password or create a new user account with administrative privileges through the Control Panel.
