OneDrive limit upload speed

We need to migrate files/folders to OneDrive, and we need to limit the upload speed to OneDrive, to give more space for our employees to work normally while the migration process running, I found some sites that recommended Sharegate but it is not ok for our budget.

Is there something easy that will not need tech experts?

Welcome! You don't need any 3rd party apps, as OneDrive has an option to limit the upload/download sync speeds in the settings option:

Change the OneDrive sync app upload or download rate - Microsoft Support

Specify how much network bandwidth the OneDrive sync client can use.
