Operating system now installed on HDD, labeled as disk C, instead of my SSD

After performing a factory reset on my PC, I noticed that my operating system is now installed on my HDD, labeled as disk C instead of my SSD. How can I correct this so that everything is in its correct location?
How to transfer everything so that my OS is on the SSD and it becomes the C drive, replacing the HDD?
