Outlook Issue

I tried to send an email using outlook.com and received the following message:​

"Your message is too large to send. To send it, make the message smaller, for example, by removing attachments. The maximum message size that's allowed is 0 KB. This message is 30 KB."​

There are no attachments. What would cause this kind of message?​

Does this happen with other recipients as well?? If not, the problem is not on your end but on the recipients end.
