Hi,

I recently bought a dashboard for my sim racing setup. When I connect it to my PC, the screen is recognized, but not the LEDs. However, when I plug it into another PC, everything works fine. I've tried formatting my PC, but the COM port still doesn't show up in the device manager. Could this be a Windows 11 or motherboard issue? Any help appreciated.

It's hard to tell, without being there. But I know that on my own PC, in the BIOS I can turn com or LPT ports on or off.
Check your bios first.
