My PC has been restarting randomly, and I can’t pinpoint the cause. The Event Viewer logs just show: "The previous system shutdown at 20:44:26 on 30/08/2024 was unexpected," with a Critical Error of Kernel 41 (63).
I’ve already tried turning off "Automatically restart" in "System Properties" > "Advanced" > "Start-Up and Recovery," but it hasn’t made a difference.
Here are my PC specs:
Motherboard: ASUS TUF Gaming B550M-PLUS
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
RAM: 4x 8GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3600MHz
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4060 Ti EAGLE 8GB
PSU: Corsair RM850x 80 PLUS Gold Fully Modular
Storage: Crucial P3 Plus SSD 1TB M.2 NVMe
Case: Corsair iCUE 4000X RGB Mid Tower
I’m hoping someone with more experience can help me figure this out. Thanks!
