Phone Link and Mobile Devices Files Missing

In the Task Manager>Startup apps, when I select the Phone Link item and check Properties, Windows tells
me it can't find 'PhoneExperienceHost.exe.'

Also, In the Task Manager>Startup apps, when I select Mobile Devices and check Properties, Windows tells
me it can't find 'CrossDeviceService.exe.'

How can I fix this?
Is there a way to check if I'm able to share my Windows PC and my Android tablet?

Ty reinstalling Phone Link from Microsoft Store again ..

I reinstalled Phone Link (as I did 3 other times) and I'm getting the same errors as I mentioned in my OP.
