Poor WiFi Performance Causing Slow Internet Speeds

Hello all! I experience slow internet speeds of 3 megabits per second when downloading on WiFi, compared to 100 megabits per second when not downloading. This happens regardless of the number of connected devices. I've attempted various solutions, such as testing ethernet connection and adjusting WiFi settings like switching between 5GHz and 2.4GHz bands as well as trying different DNS servers for speed and security. However, none of these have improved the download speed. Can anyone advise on how to resolve this and get faster download speeds?

At first, you may use Speedtest on a cabled pc to see whether it is not an outside problem.
There is an Android app, WiFi Analyzer, with it you see the chanel you are using in the 5 or 2.4 GHz band, it may be in use by more users and than you share the internet speed with them.
