Possible "fix" for Taskbar not loading on startup (worked for me)

Here is a "fix" that worked for me when, upon reboot, the taskbar didn't load, except for one icon (on-screen keyboard). I recalled seeing the following image posted on the official MS forums by someone, got on my phone, and found it. I now share it with y'all just in-case you run into the same issue. (BTW, a system restore did NOT fix the issue. I tried that first. So fair warning...)

Are any of you guys that have got this installed on HyperV able to use the Enhanced session view? I've tried on two installs now and both just sit at a blank log-on screen without log-on box.
