Problem with my printers since KB5042099

Hello,

Since the Windows update KB5042099, I have had to uninstall it.
otherwise, I can no longer print correctly. However, Windows has not been updated for several months because it systematically causes an error with ALL my printers...

Do you have a solution?

Open "Run" (Winkey + R), type "printui /s /t2" into the textbox.
Go to the drivers tab (pilotes); delete all drivers in the list (everyting possible).
Then go to the ports tab: delete the (normally 2) driver ports.
Some drivers might resist.
Restart your computer and try again if the printer stll causes problems !

Haven't had any issue with the KB5042099 since installing on 8/13/2024 and my Ethernet-connected Networked HP LaserJet Pro or HP OfficeJet Pro, whether from a cabled Desktop or Wireless Notebook.
