I have a ACER Inspire Laptop with WIN 10. had not used it in a year or so and whenI tried to open it I got the following messages " Opening Auto Repair" Then "Running Diagnostic" . Then I got "Can't repair" and then it ask for my PW. I have no idea what the PW is. Can some one help me?

Any reputable PC repair shop should have a "Password Removal Tool" (program)
I have one!
It runs from a bootable Flash Drive or CD, and can go in and find the file that holds the Windows Password, and deletes it.
Then you can Log into Windows and set a new password, if you so desire.
I've not needed or used mine in a long time now, but it worked great the last time I needed it.
Call around to your local computer shops and see if someone can help you. That might be the easiest solution to the problem.
